This app is a small, invite-only web application used to share information about band gigs. It’s run from Australia and used by a limited group of people who generally know each other in the real world.

What information we collect

When you use the app, we may collect and store:

• Your name
• Your email address
  • This may include an email provided via social login
  • And/or an email you provide for general correspondence
• Basic account information needed to log you in
• Event-related information you choose to view or provide
• Invoicing or payment-related details, where applicable

We only collect information that’s needed for the app to work.

Social login (Google, Facebook)

You can sign in using a third-party login provider such as Google or Facebook. When you do, we receive your name and email address from that provider so we can authenticate you and manage access.

We do not post anything on your behalf, and we do not access your contacts or other private data.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Authenticate users and manage access
• Show event details to authorised users
• Communicate with you about events or related admin
• Handle invoicing or basic administration where relevant

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising or marketing.

Who we share information with

Your information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Access to data is limited to your band leader, application administrators, and in a limited sense, other band members and deps.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using reasonable technical measures. The app is not publicly accessible, and access is restricted.

Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as it’s needed to operate the app. You can ask for your data to be updated or deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can request to:

• See what information we hold about you
• Correct your details
• Have your account and data deleted
